One day I made a thick hot chocolate and refrigerated half of it. The next day I discovered that it turned into a really nice chocolate pudding. This is the origin of accidental pudding. You're welcome.
Site Note: I'm thinking of call these drinkgs "chocolate slurries" because they're not your traditional hot chocolate. One "recipe", for example is:
- In a pot over low heat, combine and simmer for 30 minutes (from most to least quantities):
- Water
- Cocao powder
- Chocolate (chips, bars, whatever you like)
- Cocao nibs
- Maple syrup (or honey)
- Pumpkin seeds
- Ground flax seed
- Turmeric
- Ceylon Cinnamon
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Optionally add:
- Raisins or dried fruit
- Nut butter of your choosing
- Nutmeg
- Plain yogurt or plain kefir
- Once nicely combined and all ingredients softened up, pour into blender and optionally add
- Thoroughly liquify and pour into multiple vessels of your choosing.
